I ask why should the Feds pass a national law on concealed carry, when the states have been managing it with reciprotory laws all ready? Is this some back door way for Washington to try to pass more extreme measures. If the senate passes this then only time will tell what is within the fine print.

ReplyDeleteI expect this will not be what gun owners want. And will likly be a national registration of gun owners. With NICS there should be no need for a permit anywere the instant background check should be able to identify the criminal elament. We see how well this works with the TSA secret no fly list.
