Hey military friends......Can anyone help to identify this Navy Chiefs pin? My guess is its probably from WW2. Because it says "Overseas Victory".
But if you have any more information I would appreciate it. It belongs to a friend and I am Intrigued with its history.....

There is one similar on ebay, Army Eagle, that says it is a WW2 son in service overseas pin.
