The New Task Force

For the record, I am not a person in favor of rape. And I am not supporting rape by writing this post. I do believe there are women out there who are legitimate victims, and then there are those who abuse term, and cry wolf.

Yesterday the President assigned yet another task force to deal with rape on college campuses. Once again here is another problem created by progressives and they just want to solve it with yet another progressive program.

POTUS said in his speech that 1 and 5 women on campuses get sexually assaulted. I would like to know what his definition of that is. And how does he actually know how many numbers and where did he get his stats from?  If it is wide enough to attain those numbers then how many men can equally say that they have been assaulted by women?

It is in this writer’s view that the administration has no business sticking its nose into issues on college campuses. That should be left up to State and Local authorities. I feel this is just another campaign, and its sole purpose is to take the heat off of the other more important issues that is plaguing his term in office. And since he has done such a stellar job with health care will this be run the same way?
While POTUS is worried about this, where is his concern and task force on the amount of assaults in the military?

Mr. President if you really want to address the issue and  stop rape on campuses, then allow students at their discretion to unrestricted open carry. Then you would be solving two problems:

  1. Reducing the number of rapes
  2. Ridding the world of true dirt bags.
I say true dirt bags, because so many of these assaults turn out to be a mad girlfriend trying to get back at her boyfriend.

If you really want to reduce the number of assaults, then students need to start focusing on more moral issues, and less of the partying ( as much of these cases seem to happen after a drunken night out) If that were to happen then their education might lead to something more then a useless degree in sociology, where they will end up having to live in the basement of mom and dads house until they are 38.

Oh Boy..

My right arm has been in pain since before Christmas. It started with the day my brother and all of us went out to the gun range, the one where the kids got to shoot. I remember shooting our Mosin, and the next day OWIE!  and its only gotten worse. From my elbow down, I feel intense sharp shooting pain. When I try to grab something, or open something up, the same sharp pain. Other times its a sharp consistant ache. Finally I am going to the doctor tomorrow morning. I don't think anything is fractured, but I wonder about a pinched nerve.

To make matters worse, I have to shop for a dress. I own zero. The only thing I hate worse then dress shopping would be swim suit shopping.  My wardrobe consists of shorts, yoga pants, and T-Shirts. Why do I need to shop? Because Senior is being inducted Friday night in to the National Business Honor Society at his College. I am so proud of him and all his hard work. So I have to wash up, and get all "Beutimus" for the occassion.
We took him suit shopping, which was a real adventure. And one that entailed ND making a loud "toot" in the store for all to hear...lol.

My brother and the Raleigh party girl, are on a whirl wind cruise of the Virgin Islands. He use to own a sail boat and rented one for the week. I know...We all thought he wanted to break it off, well he is trying but his little head thinks louder then the big one..understand? Plus she has big boobs. Apparently being well endowed upstairs is more important then the fact she is looking for a meal ticket.
To top it all off..he bleached his hair!  Our hair is dark brown/auburn  now he looks like a cantaloupe. NW called Him "Spongebob Uncle Pants" lmao.
Senior said he looks like "Bart Simpson"  It is really a bad bleach job..ick.

Okay folks, the world is full of all kinds of news, so much that there is too much to blog about. So I am off here, with my ailing arm to go out on my venture to find a dress, perhaps new dress shoes as well. The last pair I bought was in 1990 something..
