The girls popped out enough eggs so that we could slop up some omelets. I added in some fresh ham and cheddar cheese.
All plates were cleaned and bellies filled.
Weather has turned nice these past few days, It has warmed up and the Sun, which had become a stranger to us has made an appearance and was shinning bright.
This made for a brilliant sunset tonight.

What a pretty sunset! We've been missing sunshine, too, so I really enjoyed that pic. Love the silkie, too.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy those omelets! :-)
Thanks! The sun has been a rare thing lateky , so we will take it when we can.
DeleteOmelets were really good...so much better then store bought eggs.
It's good to know what's in the eggs. You know there are no antibiotics and all that sort of thing in the home grown variety.
ReplyDeleteJUGM,
