Apparently this is just ONE of the tapes. I don't think they wanted to release any of them yet but somehow Buzzfeed got and strategically edited this one so they're trying to get ahead of the spin with the whole tape.
Yea I saw the edited version as well... It just all shows yet another radical association. unfortunantly those who voted for him don't care, its a matter of race to them.
