Mr. President,
I and my husband are small business owners, we have sacrificed to make it all happen...we did that !.. Not you, or anyone else. Senior is the man behind the mower every day sweating in this humidity and heat. No one has done that for him. It is Senior and I who have shoveled tons and tons of mulch, so much that our socks and shoes have turned red. It was Senior and I who have laid countless pallets of sod in order to give our clients beautiful new lawns. Senior worries over our commercial properties landscaping and babying it all as if it were his children and, it is he who does all the maintenance on our equipment keeping it all running smoothly. It is I who runs the office for our business, all the while having two small children pulling me in every direction.....trust me Mr . President, that is no easy task!.
We do all that... not no one else!. So, when I hear the words that you stated this past Friday..it really incites me that you believe small business owners did not build their businesses...Get your facts straight, and if you had ever run a business then you would know that small business owners like Senior and myself are the heart and soul of this economy....

He's setting up the idea (for his zombies supporters) that we need to nationalize all these business, after all, the people are the ones who started them or so he thinks.

Yea...its pretty frustrating to know that we have sweat blood working on our business and after all the hard work..we didn't do a damn thing..

DeleteWhen I saw this last night I thought about you and all my friends and family that have started businesses. A car wash, security/bodyguard service and even an airline. They all did it themselfs. No Govt help. The airline they did twice. The last time they raised over $60 Million dollars to restart after last owner ran it into chap. 7.

DeleteI know TONS of people who started businesses and supported families on businesses that are indeed ALL THEM. This is just one more example as to why this particular president is totally and completely out of touch. Our friend and his son who run a heating an air conditioning business alone....indeed did it by themselves. Our friends who do landscaping for estates do everything all alone. My friend who owns a small car dealership has done 100% herself, despite the governments hand in her pocket confiscating her money as gross receipts taxes ! The US needs to resoundingly vote this man out by a landsclide.
ReplyDeleteI would say a good bit of us small business owners have done it all alone. Senior started his business with cash..paid cash for everything. We owe NO ONE..and that is how we like it. we did try some magazine ads, but it ended up being a rip off..our best advertising was by word of mouth and nothing else. It just really irks me that someone who has never actually worked in the private sector, or started a small business can utter those words...yes he must go!
