What to do with leftover shrimp....

As most of you know, Sunday we did a neighborhood shrimp boil in honor of Labor day, well we had so many pounds of shrimp left over that we were able to bring some home for our supper that night.

We love a good plate of garlic shrimp n cheese grits...

I first add butter to the frying pan

Toss in the Shrimp that we did not use at the boil, (It is better to take off the shell and tail first)
 and sprinkle
with garlic powder

And when its done cooking in the garlic butter--throw it all on
top of a good hot plate of cheese grits

and whoooooeeeeeee that is some good eatin!!!!!!
